Project Result 1 : Design of #SMEsGoDigital tool
The design of the #SMEsGoDigital online platform will be derived after the reviewing of existing state-of-the-art literature and case studies available together with focus groups discussions. The three-level roadmap towards digital transformation will be defined including basic, standard and advanced, with incremental stepwise benchmarks. A thorough need analysis of the stakeholders will involve qualitative and quantitative data for a bottom-up approach of the functionalities of the #SMEsGoDigital tool fulfilling their needs. The blueprint for the technological aspect of the tool will be in the form of mock-ups defining the user's journey and experience within the online portal. The design of the supportive orientation programme will be based on a three-level roadmap approach starting from simple technologies such as ecommerce, e-invoicing and e-payment to more interconnected systems such as e-platforms and digital marketing and further forward to the new generation of technologies such as Big Data, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Blockchain, Augmented Reality and Robotics and will provide the digital solution potential description next to its benefits for each stage of digital transformation. It will provide the design of a toolkit with resources for measuring the readiness of SMEs for their digital transformation. The e-course design for the incremental stepwise micro-learning experiences and skills will follow the micro-learning approach with an emphasis on the formulation of micro-learning outcomes.

Project Result 2 : Development of the #SMEsGoDigital tool
The need for the development of a Tech hub for SMEs focusing on micro and self-employed to access the best resources, guidance and orientation through their journey towards digital transformation has been evidenced in recent research not only by the consortium social partners representing micro, SMEs and selfemployed but by international institutions such as OECD and EU, the latter setting digital transformation as top & urgent priority for the new green & digital EU. This support is especially important for micro-ones which research show they are lagging behind larger companies to integrate digitalisation. Our target groups are the micro, small and medium companies' manpower, management and employees, and self-employed who need a dedicated hub with resources to build their awareness and capacity for the potential competitiveness and growth their digitalisation will serve. For progressive SMEs seeking to transform their business with sophisticated technologies, the developed #SMEsGoDigital Tech Hub will guide them on the advanced solutions and changes to help them take full advantage of the technologies and build their digital capabilities. The process of the #SMEsGoDigital tool development will involve the development of its components as identified during the design process of the tool in Project Result1.

Project Result 3: Piloting of the
#SMEsGoDigital tool
Conducting a pilot test of the developed deliverables of PR2 is a vital evaluation process methodology in the form of an initial smallscale implementation to be used to evaluate the application feasibility of the Tech hub. Pilot testing of #SMEsGoDigital platform and its resources will help identify the issues related to the various components of the Tech hub and inform about how user-friendly the platform is and how easy it is for a user to navigate through its features. Pilot testing’s primary purpose is to evaluate the feasibility, time, cost, and performance of the developed deliverables in real-time conditions. This will help identify the early errors causing dissatisfaction to end-users regarding the user friendliness, content, features, language and length by measuring the reaction and interest of the participants for the tool.
The primary objectives if the pilot testing phase proposed in this PR is to collect sufficient information to:
• Confirm that the selected technologies can reliably meet the project’s objectives
• Identify potential problems (technical issues, defects and drawbacks of the platform and its resources)
• Refine and optimise operational capacity and performance before large-scale launch of the portal
• Validate our target users’ satisfaction for all PR2 deliverables
1) the online portal functionalities
2) the support and orientation programme
3) the e-course involving the microlearning experiences
In order to meet the above objectives our consortium social partners will recruit representative participants from micro and SMEs’ manpower, management and employees as well as self-employed at different stages of digitalisation and located in different countries of EU to complete the designed procedure model consisting of the phases:
1) the orientation phase, in which the users will position their company in terms of digitalisation levels and develop their Digital Plan based on the roadmaps provided by the programme,
2) the implementation phase, in which the users will be required to set a digitalisation goal reflecting their highest priority according their level selected from the roadmap provided and implement it with the support of the e-course.
After completing the digitalisation procedure, the participants will be requested to complete a survey to explore their reaction & satisfaction of the #SMEsGrowDigital tool and its resources inviting their suggestions ad comments

Project Result 4: Sustainability Plan
The sustainability report will investigate and identify factors that will contribute to the #SMEsGoDigital sustainability after grant funding ends. This report will be a roadmap for achieving longterm goals and documents strategies for the sustainability of relationships between the partners and the sustainability of the services offered by the #SMEsGoDigital tool. This will include existing and alternative possibilities of further exploitation of the results. The Sustainability Plan will be a critical deliverable that will assist the consortium to decide on further courses of action and plan subsequent development, marketing and exploitation activities. To this end, the Sustainability Plan will also include a thorough analysis of further phases of work and a set of policy recommendations on actions to support the #SMEsGoDigital ecosystem for European, national and regional institutions based on analysis.
The primary goal of the sustainability plan is twofold: to further extend the use, implementation and development of the #SMEsGrowDigital platform and services, and to propose specific actions which promote its further exploitation. Towards this direction, its main objectives include:
1. To ensure the further use of #SMEsGoDigital tools and services after the completion of the project works.
2. To propose both commercial and noncommercial cases for exploitation of the #SMEsGoDigital solutions.
3. To suggest mechanisms as well as development and implementation actions for extending and improving #SMEsGoDigital tools and services following the project’s end.
